Due to the nature of our items, all sales are final. Returns & exchanges cannot be accommodated. Please review your order carefully before completing your order to ensure all details are reflected accurately.

Mochi's Wish squishies are produced by various manufacturers, and no two pieces are alike. Differences in appearance, finish, texture, scent, and packaging are expected and are a part of what makes each item unique. These natural variations are not considered quality issues and are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

Once your package is shipped, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. Mochi's Wish is not responsible for transit issues. This includes: shipping delays, lost or stolen packages, incorrect addresses, and damaged packaging.

If a product you received from Mochi's Wish arrives with severe manufacturing defects, please contact us at mochiswish@gmail.com immediately. You must include your order order number and photos of the defect. We review these rare cases individually.
